Yarn Accent Pillows

This is a pretty straight forward project. Don't worry if you've never made a pillow before, they're one of the easiest things to sew. Cut your squares of fabric you want to use, pin on some strings of yarn in any pattern you would like, Sew the yarn onto one square of the fabric. Then to make the pillow, sew the two squares together with the outer sides facing inward. Leave a small hole to turn the pillow inside out and then stuff it with cotton. Stitch up the hole and you've got yourself a cute new throw pillow! I also added a couple of buttons to mine, but you don't have to. They look just as cute without! Have fun making some awesome pillows! xoxo - Jillian

  1. Very cool project! I love the slate fabric paired with the mustardy yellow yarn. Really lovely combination.

Thanks for leaving me a little note!
